Title:  Rice Pudding

Ingredients: 
3/4 cup regular raw rice
3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Method of Preparation: 
In top part of double boiler combine rice, milk, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cover and cook over hot water, stirring occasionally until rice is tender-about 1 hour.Remove from heat. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Cool. Serve warm or cold. Makes 6-8 servings
