Title: red pea salad
Ingredients:
2 cans early young peas
1 large onion
1 celery stalk
8 oz.red food coloring
5 eggs
parsley
salt and pepper
seaoning/mayoninse
Method of Preparation:
boil eggs,while waiting on eggs to boil,mix your celery stalk finely chopped,onion chopped,add parsley,food color,add mayo.,add the salt and pepper,add eggs,last add the early peas,mix well and put in frigarator for 1 hour, serves 6 to 8 people |
