Title: Cheese Snacks
Ingredients:
25 Servings
1/4 Lb Butter (or margarine)
1/4 Lb Sharp cheese, shredded
1 Tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Cup All-purpose flour
1/4 Tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Salt
Pecan halves
1 Egg white, beaten
Method of Preparation:
Blend butter or margarine with shredded cheese until smooth. Add the Worcestershire sauce. Combine dry ingredients and add to butter mixture. Mix thoroughly and shape into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and press with fork. Brush pecan halves with egg white; place on top of Cheese Snacks. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Yield: 50.
