Title:  Cheese Spread #2

Ingredients: 
6 Servings
1 Lb Soft natural Cheddar cheese
3 Tbl Dry mustard
1/3 Tsp Tabasco sauce
1 Tbl Accent
1/2 Cup Beer


Method of Preparation: 
Allow cheese to stand at room temperature for about 1 hr. to soften. Place in electric mixer & blend in remaining ingredients at low speed until smooth.
