Title:  Mini Mexican Bites

Ingredients: 
Triscuit weave crackers
Salsa
Pre-shredded Mexican style cheese in a bag
Method of Preparation: 
Place a few Triscuits on a plate. Add 1T of salsa to each cracker. Sprinkle with Mexican style cheese. Microwvave for 1 minute. Enjoy!!!
This is a delicious snack as well as a good fiber source!
