Title:  Apple Cake (Snack Cake Mix)

Ingredients: 
6 Servings
-Marge Nemeth- GNFK05B
Apple, pared,cored+sliced
2 Tbl Sugar
2 Tsp Lemon juice
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Cup Snack Cake Mix
Egg, beaten
1/3 Cup Milk


Method of Preparation: 
In 8 inch pan, Stir milk, egg and Snack cake mix, Mix with spatula. In small bowl, toss apples with sugar,juice, and spices. Press apples rounded sides up in mix. Drizzle with leftover sugar. Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #2 by on Jan 3, 1999
