Title:  Easy Deep Dish Pizza Pie

Ingredients: 
1 lb lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 8 oz can pizza sauce
1 11 oz can Pillsbury Refrigerated Crusty French Loaf
8 oz (2 cups) shredded Italian cheese blend
1 3 oz pkg sliced pepperoni
1 egg
1 tblsp water
Pizza Sauce

Method of Preparation: 
Heat oven to 350. Spray 9 inch glass pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Brown ground beef and onion in medium skillet over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Stir in 8 oz pizza sauce until well mixed.

Carefully unroll dough in sprayed pie pan so edges extend over the sides. Pat dough in bottom and up sides of pan, leaving dough extended over sides. Spood ground beef mixture into crust. Top with half of the cheese, pepperoni and remaining cheese.

In small bowl, slightly beat eff and waater. Fold extended edges of dough up and over filling; seal all edges. Brust crust with egg mixture. Bake 38-48 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool 15 minutes. Serve wedges with additonal pizza sauce.
