Title: Baldy Base Camp Pizza
Ingredients: 1 Pizzas

We found this one while having lunch at a sidewalk bistro in Sun Valley. The table next to ours ordered it and it looked so good we had to give it a try. It sounds a little strange but take a leap of faith and try it out, you won't be disappointed!
1 Pizza Dough Mix (8 Oz)
2 Tsp Rosemary
1 Tsp Basil
1 Tsp Oregano
8 Oz Wedge Cambozola Cheese
1 Garlic Bulb (Red Skinned Preferred)
1 Tbl Olive Oil
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
Method of Preparation: Mix pizza dough per instructions, adding rosemary, basil and oregano to the dough. Spread it out in a pizza pan and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden. Cut the top off of the garlic bulb. Put olive oil and italian seasoning into a ramekin and put in the bulb cut side down. Bake in a toaster oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut the pizza into slices and serve with the Cambozola cheese and garlic. To eat, place some cheese onto a slice, pop a garlic clove onto it, smear it all together and enjoy.
