Title: Spinish Salad
Ingredients:
SPINACH Salad
Spinach and another green leaf lettuce of your choice.
1/2 red onion
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts toasted
some grapes, cucumbers, or radishes or all your choice.
DRESSING
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 t grated onion
1/2 t salt
3/4 t celery seeds
3/4 t dry mustard
1 small clove garlic minced
Method of Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously. chill several hours. Shake again just before serving. Pour on salad greens and mix when ready to serve.
