Title: Adobo Marinade
Ingredients: 1 Servings

2 cups canned tomatoes, Drained
3 Tbl Ancho chile powder
3 Tbl Pasilla chile powder
1 Canned chipotle, seeded and diced
1 Tbl Honey
1 Tbl Dark brown sugar
3 Tbl Red wine vinegar
1 Tsp Cayenne
1/4 cup garlic, Chopped
1/4 cup Olive oil
Method of Preparation: Puree the marinade ingredients in a food processor. This recipe yields about 3 cups of marinade. Great for pork.
