Title: Aioli
Ingredients: 1 Servings
3 Egg yolks
6 Cloves garlic
1 Tbl Lemon juice
1/3 Tsp Salt
1 Dash Tabasco
1 Dash Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Tsp black pepper, Freshly Ground
1 Cup Extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbl water, Boiling
Method of Preparation: 1. Mix yolks, garlic, lemon, salt and pepper in a food processor. Blend for 3 minutes. 2. Dribble oil in until it begins to thicken and is beginning to blend. 3. Add the rest of the oil. 4. Add in seasonings to taste. 5. Finish with boiling water and refrigerate immediately. Notes: For this tasty, tangy French-style garlic mayonnaise, use only top-quality, extra virgin olive oil and fresh-squeezed lemon juice.
