Ingredients: 
4 Servings
1 Lb Andouille sausage
1 Cup Bread crumbs


Method of Preparation: 
Remove sausage from casing and render over medium heat until the oil has been released. Add 1 cup of bread crumbs and stir well to combine. EMERIL LIVE SHOW #EMIA35
