Title:  Apple Cake Cyberealm

Ingredients: 
1 Servings
5 Ml Cinnamon
175 Gr Self-raising flour
175 Gr Butter (or margarine)
175 Gr Caster sugar
3 Eggs
30 Ml Milk
2 To 3 eating apples, peeled,
-cored and thinly, Sliced


Method of Preparation: 
Add the cinnamon to the flour and sift into a bowl. Cream butter and sugar until light and soft. Beat in one egg then add a tb (15ml) of the flour and beat in another egg. Repeat this once more then fold in teo thirds of the remaining flour. Stir in the milk then fold int he last of the flour. Grease either a lasagne dish or a roasting tin approx 11x8 1/2 in (28x21.5cm). Spread half the batter in the bottom, distribute the apple slices over it and cover with the rest of the batter. Bake in the oven at 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4 for 15 minutes and reduce heat to 160C/325F/Gas Mark 3. Continue baking for 30 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
