Title: Apple Peanut Butter Sandwiches
Ingredients:
12 Servings
1 Small Granny Smith apple
1/4 Cup Creamy peanut butter
3 Oz Cream cheese --, Softened
2 Tbl Brown sugar --, Packed
1/8 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Loaf
Soft white (or wheat bread)
Method of Preparation:
Peel, core and slice apple with Apple Peeler/Corer/Slicer. Chop sliced apple with Food Chopper. Combine all ingredients except bread in Batter Bowl. Place a scant tablespoonfulof filling in center of a piece of bread. Cover with another slice. Cut and seal the 2 layers of bread with 3-inch Cut-N-Seal.
