Ingredients:
1 Servings
1/2 Cup butter, Unsalted
2 Tbl Oil
8 Boneless pork chops
Salt, to taste
2 Tsp black pepper, Coarsely Ground
2/3 Cup Dry vermouth
1/4 Cup Fresh lemon juice
1 Tbl lemon zest, Finely Grated
Method of Preparation:
Flavor chops with spices. Combine vermouth, lemon juice, butter and oil in sauce pan. Fry chops. Grate lemon peel as garnish. Prepare over apple sauce. Give Tiger a bath -- and dont play ball in the house. Notes: Sideburns and all, Ernie, Boni and Ann get "groovy" on Our Home. As Alice on "The Brady Bunch," Ann B.
