Title: "Sour Cream" Topping (Lf)
Ingredients: 1 Servings
3/4 Cup Low-fat cottage cheese
3 Tbl Skim milk
2 Tsp Lemon juice
Chives*, To Taste
PER CUP
35 *Cals
2 *mg Chol
1/2 *gm Fat
178 *mg Sodium
Method of Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and whir until smooth. Makes about 1 cup.
