Title: "Sweet" Carrots
Ingredients: 4 Servings

1/2 cup water, Boiling
1/4 Tsp salt
2 cups carrots, Shredded
1 Tbl diet margarine
sugar substitute, to taste
1 Tsp lemon juice
4 Tbl parsley
Method of Preparation: Bring water to boil in saucepan. Add salt and carrots. Cover pan and cook until water is evaporated (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat. Add margarine and sugar substitute to taste. Toss with lemon juice and parsley. Serve immediately.
