Title:  "Verde" Papas Con Chile Verde (Green Chile Potatoes)

Ingredients: 
1 Servings
2 Cup Pototoes, peeled & thinly
-slic
2 Tbl Shortening
1/4 Cup onions, Chopped
2 Cup Water
1/2 Tsp Garlic salt
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup green chile*, Chopped


Method of Preparation: 
1. Brown potatoes in shortening in a medium-sized skillet at medium heat. Add onions and seasonings and cook until onions are tender. 2.
