Emeril has four different Essence spices. It wasnt specified which one of his special blends to use in this particular recipe. Recipes for "Bayou Blast - {Emerils Creole Seasoning}", "Southwest Spice - {Emerils Southwest Seasoning}", and "Rustic Rub - {Emerils Rustic Seasoning}" are included in this collection. The recipe for Emerils other Essence, "Vegetable Dust" was not available. A complete 4-pack set of Emerils special Essence seasonings is available for $25.95 plus S & H.
