Title: "Chicken Style"-Flavored Rice Mix
Ingredients: 4 Servings
4 Cup Long-Grain Rice, Uncooked
4 Tbl "Chicken Style", Instant
-Bouillon
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Tarragon, Dried
2 Tsp Parsley Flakes, Dried
1/4 Tsp White Pepper
Method of Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until evenly distributed. Put about 1 1/3 cups mixture each into three 1- pint airtight containers. Label. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 to 8 months. Makes about 4 cups of "CHICKEN STYLE"-FLAVORED RICE MIX. RECIPE FOR "CHICKEN STYLE"-FLAVORED RICE: 1 1/3 cups "CHICKEN STYLE"-FLAVORED RICE MIX 2 Cups of Cold Water 1 Tbs. Soy Margarine. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat and cook 15 minutes, until liquid is absorbed. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
