Title: Banana Rice Bread (Gluten Free)
Ingredients: 1 Servings

2 1/2 Cups rice flour
1/2 Tsp sea salt
1 Tbl baking powder
1/4 LB butter, room temperature
2/3 Cup honey
2 eggs
1 1/2 Cups bananas, mashed
1/2 Cup nuts, Chopped
Method of Preparation: Preheat the oven to 350F. Generously butter a 9-inch loaf pan. Combine rice flour, salt, and baking powder and set aside. In an electric mixer cream the butter and honey. Add the eggs and beat well. Blend in the bananas and the dry ingredients. Stir vigorously and add the nuts. Pour mixture into the pan and bake 1 hour, or until the bread test done.
