Title:  Basic Gluten Free Bread

1 1/3 Tsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbl molasses

DRY INGREDIENTS
3 cups white rice flour
1 cup potato starch
1/3 cup tapioca
3 Tbl potato flakes
3 1/2 Tsp xanthan gum
1 1/3 Tsp unflavored gelatin
1 1/3 Tsp salt
1 1/3 Tsp egg replacer, (ENER G)
2 Tbl sugar, **

3 1/2 Tsp gluten-free (regular) yeast, ***


Method of Preparation:
