Title: American Egg Rolls
Ingredients:
4 Servings
-------------------
1 Tbl Butter
1 Small Onion, diced
1 large Jar of sauerkruat, with the water squee
1/2 Bottle beer
1/2 LB Kelbasa, diced
1 Pkg Egg roll wrappers
Method of Preparation:
1. Saute onion in butter until soft, add keabasa and fry until meat begins to brown, add sauerkraut and beer, simmer until beer is absorbed by kraut 2. Cool 3. Proceed as with regular eggrolls |
