Title: Walnut Pie (No Crust)
Ingredients: 1 Servings
3 Egg whites
1/2 Tsp Baking powder
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Graham cracker crumbs
1 Cup walnuts, Chopped
1 Tsp Vanilla
- TOPPING
Whipped cream
Method of Preparation: Beat egg whites with baking powder until stiff. Add sugar gradually while beating. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and the walnuts. Stir in vanilla. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 oven for 25 minutes. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
