Title: Breakfast Casserole #1
Ingredients: 6 Servings
1 Lb Sausage, bacon or ham, cut in chunks
2 1/2 Cup Milk
6 Eggs
6 Slice Bread, cubed (cut crusts off)
1 Cup cheddar cheese, Grated
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbl Dry mustard
Method of Preparation: Here's one my mother-in-law makes whenever she's expecting a crowd. She never has leftovers, so it's pretty good!
Brown sausage, drain, and set aside. Whip eggs with milk and add remaining ingredients. Butter large pan, pour in egg mixture, sprinkle top with sausage and ocver several hours (overnight is best) in refrigerator.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until slightly brown. Do not overbake!
