Title:  150 Year Old Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients: 
36 Servings
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Lard
3 Egg yolks
2 Cup Flour
2 Cup Oatmeal, old fashioned
1/2 Cup Raisins, chopped
1/2 Cup Walnuts, chopped
DISOLVE IN C WATER ----
1 Tsp Soda
1 Tsp Cinnamon
3 Egg whites, well beaten


Method of Preparation: 
Mix ingredients, add the egg whites last. This is a very stiff mixture - but do not moisten. Drop with tsp. 2 inches apart. Bake in moderate oven.---Barb From Geminis MASSIVE MealMaster collection at www.synapse.com/gemini
