Title:  Taco Hot Dish

Ingredients: 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix(dry)
1 can kidney beans
taco chips
1 medium onion
1 small can tomato sauce
grated cheese
1/2 c. Minute rice (optional)

Method of Preparation: 
Brown hamburger and onion; add taco seasoning and water
according to taco package directions. If you use rice, add 1/2
cup more water. Sprinkle rice on bottom of greased casserole
dish. Simmer meat, seasonings and tomato sauce for 20 minutes.
Add kidney beans; pour over rice in casserole dish. Add grated
cheese. Crush taco chips on top. Bake for 20 minutes in 325 degrees
oven.
