Title: Alaska Octopus Gumbo
Ingredients: 4 Servings
1/2 Cup bacon, Diced
2 Cup Water
1 Pint Fresh octopus
-steamed until tender
2 Cup Slightly undercooked
-steamed rice
1 Lb tomatoes, Canned
1 Can okra
1/2 Cup onions, Diced
1 green pepper, Diced
1/4 Tsp Cayenne
1/2 Cup celery, Diced
Salt and pepper, To Taste
