Title: Alfredo Sauce (Lowfat)
Ingredients:
4 Servings
1.00 Cup Skimmed milk
0.50 Cup Lowfat cottage cheese
1.00 Tbl Cornstarch
0.25 Tsp Salt
0.13 Tsp Pepper
0.25 Tsp Garlic powder
0.50 Cup Parmesan cheese
Method of Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until heated through and smooth, stirring occasionally.
