Title: 7 Grain Corn Muffins
Ingredients:
1 Servings
2 Cup AM 7 Grain Cereal, Cooked
2 Cup Water
2 Tbl Maple syrup
2 Tbl AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
2 Tsp Sea salt (optional)
1/4 Cup AM Oatmeal, Instant

2 Cup AM Yellow Cornmeal
Method of Preparation:
Mix all ingredients (except for cornmeal) in blender until very smooth. Mix in cornmeal with a spoon. Fill oiled muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at 375 F. for 35-45 minutes.
