Title: 15 Minute Soup (4 Points)
Ingredients: 6 Servings
1 1/2 Lb ground beef, Extra Lean
2 Can Minestrone soup
2 Can Tomatoes with green chilis
2 Cup Pinto beans
2 Cup mixed vegetables, Frozen
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Method of Preparation: Brown beef with salt, pepper and garlic. Drain on paper towel and add back to dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes. Good served with cornbread. 4 Points NOTES : Variation #2: Don't add the ground beef - makes a delicious veggie soup for 1 point per serving!
